Game Dev Stream #9 - Experimenting with modding for Retro Tank Party

As I explained in my "Launching Retro Tank Party on Steam in 6 weeks" video, I'm working on fixing up this online multiplayer game (built in Godot) so I can publish it to Steam in a few weeks.

In this stream, we experiment with adding modding to the game!
